Green JUice

Packed with nutrients & containing a number of anti-inflammatory properties, this green juice is great for immune support, digestion and hydration - AND it tastes so dang good.

Ingredients:
- A stalk of celery
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 large leaves of kale
- A handful of spinach
- 2 green apples
- 2 lemons
- 1 finger of fresh ginger
- 4-5 sprigs of parsley (optional)

Directions:
1) Prep your juicer !
2) Clean all your produce (I like to use apple cider vinegar and water to do the trick)
3) Peel your finger of fresh ginger
4) Chop all produce into pieces that your juicer can manage
5) Get juicing
6) Enjoy!
Store any additional juice in an airtight mason jar in the fridge right away (1-2 days)
